1. Freshness Guarantee:

  • If you believe that a seafood product you received is not fresh or has quality concerns, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • We may request photos or other evidence to assess the condition of the product.
  • If we determine that the product did not meet our high-quality standards, we will offer a full or partial refund, or a replacement, depending on the specific situation.

2. Order Discrepancies:

  • If you receive an incorrect item or if something is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
  • We will investigate and, if necessary, send out the missing or correct items or offer a refund.

3. Damaged Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged, please report it to us within 24 hours with photographic evidence.
  • Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund for the damaged items.

4. Cancellations:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped. If cancelled within this timeframe, a full refund will be issued.
  • If an order has already been dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.
